Role Description
iOud seeks a full-time Sales Representative / Area Sales / Territory Sales representative from FMCG / Cosmetics and fragrance background to join their thriving team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth for iOud premium products in the Kuwaiti market. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing business relationships with customers by identifying their needs, educating them about the benefits of iOud's natural incense products, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate business opportunities by researching and analyzing sales options.
Establish contact with prospects and develop relationships, recommending appropriate solutions.
Maintain client relationships by providing support, information, and guidance, and suggest opportunities for profit and service improvements.
Stay current on industry trends, market activities, and competitor actions to identify product improvements or new offerings.
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
Enforce organizational standards to maintain quality service.
Attend educational workshops, review professional publications, establish personal networks, and participate in professional societies to stay updated on professional and technical knowledge.
Develop a portfolio of accounts through new business development.
Manage the negotiation and close process with clients from start to finish.
Oversee the sales process for new prospects, from initial contact through to closure.
Address customer inquiries face-to-face, over the phone, or via email.
Achieve revenue targets and objectives in line with the Area Business Plan.
Work closely with the marketing team to produce necessary sales collateral for the target market.
Report business trends and area performance to the Sales Manager.
Develop and maintain successful business relationships with all prospects.
Requirements
Experience in sales is preferred with a strong customer focus and prior experience with FMCG/Cosmetics and fragrance markets in Kuwait and the GCC.
A high level of urgency, accountability, and professionalism is required to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented team.
The ability and desire to build relationships quickly with clients, other sales team members, and cross-functional teams.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills are required.
Customer-centric focus and strong drive to achieve targets and goals.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.
Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic is preferred.
