Facility Management Lead - Tabuk, KSA
Qualifications and experience:
• Minimum 5 years Middle East experience of mixed-use assets
• Minimum of 3 years FM management experience of mixed-use assets
• Team Management Skills
• Previous FM contract management experience
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• High level of corporate and professional integrity
• CAFM awareness
• ISO 9001 audit experience, HSE experience
• Sustainability and smart building knowledge and experience
• Should have valid transferrable IQAMA.
Work location will be in Tabuk, KSA.
