- Contracts Administration for Manpower supply projects
- Managing Supplemental Manpower Supplier/Support Services/EPC/Shutdown/PMSS contracts
- Prequalifying vendors via SAP Ariba, Online portal, and Email
- Coordinating bid documents, pricing, workforce planning, and bid proposals
- Analyzing market rates, financial balance, and competitiveness
- Submitting competitive proposals for all types of manpower contracts
- Understanding contract governance and lifecycle
- Ensuring compliance and managing claims effectively
