FRONT OF THE HOUSE SUPERVISOR
Assists the Restaurant Manager in directing and organizing the team members and ensures incomparable guest service to each guest at any given time.
Responsible for maintaining quality and strict adherence to policies and procedures and establish cordial relationship between front and back of the house.
Ensures guest satisfaction through promoting excellent service; responds to guest complaints tactfully and professionally
Maintains quality control and presentation for all food served
Oversees food safety and sanitation up to standards
Trains new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff
• Male, preferably Filipino, Indian and Nepalese Applicants
• 2 years minimum experience handling restaurant operations in casual dining set-up
• Impressive leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• valid IQAMA and transferable sponsorship, not under agency
• Salary negotiable
