Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Officer located in the Makkah Region. The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for daily customer service tasks, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing support, and delivering a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
Experience in customer support and resolving customer inquiries
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to create a positive customer experience
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in logistics or express delivery industry is a plus
