Procurement Officer

Experience: More than 3 yrs
Age Range: 25yrs and above

Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase ELV & IT equipment’s, components, and material
• Evaluate the Vendor and negotiate them.
• Develop & maintain strong relationship with all vendors/distributors/OEM representatives.
• Work closely with suppliers to ensure the quality and conformity of delivered materials
• Manage & administer supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions
• prepare regular reports on procurement activities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Procurement Executive, preferably in the ELV & IT infrastructure
Solutions industry.
• Knowledge of ELV & IT infrastructure materials, equipment, and industry standards.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
