• Utilize instructional design methodologies to design effective and engaging training courses for instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (VILT), and eLearning
• Assess the learning needs of target audiences
• Produce Kirkpatrick Level 2 and Level 3 assessment tools
• Develop written training materials and content for ILT, VILT, and eLearning
• Develop learning resources for ILT, VILT, and eLearning
• Analyze existing course designs and instructional materials and make improvements as necessary
• Oversee timelines, schedules, scope, and deliverables of assigned projects
• Collaborate with subject matter experts
• Minimum 5 years’ experience
