We are seeking a skilled and experienced luggage repairer to join our growing team! In this role, you will play a crucial role in extending the life of our customers' beloved.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair a variety of luggage issues, including broken zippers, damaged wheels, torn linings, and malfunctioning locks.
Replace worn-out parts with high-quality materials, ensuring functionality and aesthetics.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
Provide excellent customer service, communicating repair options effectively and building trust.
Maintain accurate records of repairs and customer information.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in luggage repair or a similar field.
Strong knowledge of various luggage materials and construction techniques.
Proficiency in using sewing machines, hand tools, and other related equipment.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
