Responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, conducting interviews, and facilitating orientations.
Administer employee benefits programs and address related inquiries.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and counseling.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Experience in renewal, Health Card, Health Certificate is Preferred
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Admin or in a similar role.
Knowledge of Qatar labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Knowledgeable of Human Resources Management Information System
