PLANNING ANALYST

Roles and Responsibilities

• Planning the supply and demand of housing units across communities.
• Plan the housing assignments as per the processes and guidelines including new joiners, relocation between communities, visitors’ assignments, etc.
• Liaise with HR Onboarding team and the housing leads in the communities.
• Supporting with setting KPIs for housing contracts across communities.
• Perform technical analysis and prepare reports for the housing services as deemed necessary.
• Preparing all related planning presentations.
• Creating reports on findings based on statistical data analysis.
• Analyzing data and making recommendations based on findings.
• Supporting with the purchases related to housing services.
• Perform all other related duties as requested.

Qualifications:

• Possess 5-7 years of relevant experience in working at high standard operational well-known communities as housing planning and advisory.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, or business management, or Information Management, or similar
• Expert in Microsoft Office. Additional hospitality systems are addition.
• Must have high-level experience in housing/hotel advisory and planning.
• Strong English language ability, both spoken and written.
• A good command of oral and written Arabic will be considered an asset.
• Expert in using computers, tablets, and software applications, including Microsoft Office and other related systems.
• An effective communicator.
• Self-motivated being required at times to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work to strict deadlines.
• Professional and smart appearance always.
• Ability to deal with people in a manner which shows professionalism, sensitivity, tact, and efficiency.
