Barista Job Vacancy To Work In A New Cafe In Northern Saudi Arabia - Arar

* Terms and requirements:
- At least two years of experience in the field of cafes
- Being inside Saudi Arabia
- Ready to work immediately
- Valid residency
- Age not exceeding 38 years
-Experience within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
-Good spoken Arabic language

Roles and responsibilities
1- Greeting customers in a friendly manner and taking food and drink orders
2- Preparing and serving beverages such as drip coffee, espresso-based drinks, tea and other specialty drinks
3- Answering customers’ questions about menu choices
4- Promoting and recommending menu options to customers
5- Taking payment from customers
6-Tracking and ordering inventory for cafe and beverage supplies, such as coffee beans, milk, napkins and cups
7- Keeping the work environment and cafe seating area clean, sanitary and organized
8- Responding to and resolving customer concerns or complaints
9-Evaluating and modifying processes to improve efficiency and quality of service
10- Attracting new customers
11- Maintain espresso and brewing equipment to ensure proper function and identify repair or maintenance needs

Skills :
- Excellent listening and communication skills to effectively interact with coworkers and customers
- coffee knowledge, such as how to prepare common coffee beverages, although advanced knowledge, such as roasting and grinding processes, coffee bean sourcing and flavor differences
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to interact in a positive manner and prevent or resolve conflicts
-Strong teamwork abilities to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with other Baristas
-Attention to detail to manage specific customer requests as well as a high-volume beverage assembly line with minimal errors
-Time management and organizational skills to work efficiently and effectively in a high-volume workplace
