Job Title: Bartender/Bar Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the bar team, ensuring efficient operation, impeccable service, and a high standard of cleanliness and organization.
- Craft a diverse and enticing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage menu, incorporating both classic favorites and innovative creations that align with the venue's culinary theme.
- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies, controlling costs, and minimizing waste.
- Train and mentor bar staff in mixology, service standards, and product knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding alcohol service and consumption.
- Engage with guests, providing personalized service and drink recommendations to enhance their dining experience.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a bartender or bar manager, preferably in a high-end or fine dining environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of mixology, beverage trends, and inventory management.
- Strong leadership skills, with a track record of training and motivating a successful bar team.
