Job Title: Waitstaff

Responsibilities:

- Provide welcoming, personal, professional service to all guests, setting the tone for their dining experience.
- Exhibit a thorough knowledge of our menu, accurately answering questions and making recommendations to guests.
- Ensure all orders are taken accurately and relayed to the kitchen staff promptly.
- Maintain a proactive approach to guest satisfaction, promptly addressing any concerns or requests.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service and a high standard of cleanliness and organization in all guest areas.
- Participate in ongoing training to continually enhance service standards and knowledge of the cuisine.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as waitstaff in a reputable restaurant or hospitality setting.
- A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality guest experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintaining composure and service standards under pressure.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evenings, as required by the dining venue.
