Urgent Requirement-Account Manager

We are seeking trustworthy candidates who work efficiently without sacrificing accuracy. Account Manager can expect to work with large amounts of numerical data, handle multiple tasks with deadlines, and provide transparent and complete reports to management. You should have a firm grasp of accounting and financial practices and regulations and possess strong computer and verbal and written communication skills.

Roles:

 Manage and maintain accounting records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and other financial data.

 Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts regularly.

 Prepare and analyze financial statements to provide insights and recommendations to the commercial director.

 Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and ensure accuracy of information.

 Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal financial regulations.

 Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecast.

 Provide support during audits and tax preparation.

 Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities in a timely and professional manner.
 Perform other duties as assigned by the commercial director.

1-Bachelor’s degree in accounting or Finance preferred

2-Experience 8-10 Years in a similar role Strong technical accounting skills and proficiency with accounting software Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills attention to detail and accuracy ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively Knowledge of local, state, and federal financial regulations Strong Microsoft Excel skills preferred.
