Required A Freelance IT Service Engineer

Are you a skilled and experienced IT professional looking for exciting freelance opportunities? We are a small office based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, seeking a proficient professional to manage and maintain our network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

 Managing and maintaining all CCTV systems.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID and Intune.
 Configuring email accounts for all users on Outlook through Microsoft 365 Exchange Admin panel.
 Configuring and maintaining the network infrastructure (LAN/WAN).
 Knowledge in managing Yeaster and IP Telephony.
 Managing IT equipment (Desktops, Laptops, Mobile Devices, and BYOD) from onboarding to offboarding.
 Proficiency in maintaining ZKTeco Attendance System, Access control system (Akuvox), etc.

Requirements:

Proven experience in network administration or related roles.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and configuring email accounts through Microsoft 365 Exchange Admin panel.
Hands-on experience in managing CCTV systems, LAN/WAN infrastructure, and IT equipment.
Familiarity with Yeaster, IP Telephony, and attendance/access control systems.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.
Flexibility to work on a freelance basis with a small office setup.
