We are looking for a qualified and experienced Male Nurse to join our healthcare team at an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) company in the Oil & Gas sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing medical support and emergency care at project sites, ensuring health and safety protocols are adhered to, and assisting in health-related procedures and treatments.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide onsite medical care, including first aid, emergency response, and treatment for injuries or illnesses at oil and gas project locations.
Administer routine healthcare services such as wound dressing, medication administration, and health assessments.
Assist in managing health records and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Conduct regular health checks and maintain hygiene standards in the work environment.
Actively participate in emergency response drills and ensure preparedness for medical emergencies.
Educate workers on health and safety procedures, including injury prevention and emergency protocols.
Coordinate with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) officers and ensure compliance with company and industry health and safety standards.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
Valid nursing license to practice in [insert location].
Minimum 10-15 years of experience working as a nurse in the Oil & Gas or heavy industry sector.
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
Strong understanding of health and safety procedures in hazardous environments.
Experience in emergency response and first aid in industrial or project site settings.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in the Oil & Gas or EPC industry.
Certification in Occupational Health & Safety or similar.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the Oil & Gas sector.
