Position: Maintenance Supervisor
A reputed Real Estate & Property Management Company in Bahrain is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing property maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, A/c's and carpentry services.
* Confident leader and ability to delegate and manage staff
* Handle customer complaints.
* Valid driving license is mandatory.
* Age between 28 to 35 years.
* Male candidates are preferred.
* Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi. Arabic is Advantage
* Ready for immediate joining.
* Candidate must be in Bahrain and for local transfer.
* Salary range is BD200 to BD250 per month
