Purpose of Job
Responsible for the Maintenance and Filling of Contracted Equipment in Laundry, washrooms, offices, hotels, restaurants, schools and commercial sites. Maintains knowledge of Reza work procedures/policies for performing all duties with a focus on customer service, quality, financial management, and safety.
Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities
• Institutional installations of dishwashing, laundry, mixing stations, programmable controllers, pumps and plumbing systems, fragrance, fly catchers, and washroom equipment for assigned customers.
• Conducts preventive maintenance, warranty work, and repair services of all cleaning equipment,
• Complies with Reza Standards, procedures, guidelines, and food safety/HACCP practices while installing and servicing equipment at customer premises.
• Maintains accurate records of customer visits, and parts transactions, and provides a customer service report for each site visit, service inspection or completed work/repair.
• Maintains on time service according to customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Reza 3S system (Service Schedule System).
• Responsible to arrange installation and maintenance of mixing stations, programmable controllers, HVAC fragrance, pumps and plumbing systems, fly catchers, and other equipment as per Reza Standard and procedures.
• Performs pre-delivery inspection on Floor cleaning machines prior to delivery, and clears QA approval for dispatch.
• Provides demo and training on how to operate and maintain the machines as indicated by the manufacturer. Adds value by imparting knowledge on walk-behind and Ride-on cleaning machines under a spectrum of Sweepers, Scrubbers, vacuum cleaners, carpet extractors, Municipality cleaning sweepers etc.
• Conducts preventive maintenance, warranty work, and repair services of all types of cleaning machinery as agreed and during the period of the contract.
• Operates Delivery/Service Devices to ensure on-time service (Reza 3S), while maintaining accurate stock levels of parts in van with receipt/issue records, and producing visit reports.
• Coordinates with Sales staff to meet customer specifications and quality Standards.
• Safely operates technical equipment, power tools, and hand tools -such as drills, grinders, crimpers, riveters, etc.
• Safely operates and maintains Reza vehicles and technical equipment
• Attend appropriate technical and manufacturer training
• Liaise with administration staff for service routes and correct client information.
• Adheres to Reza and Customer OHS policies, procedures, rules, and safe work practices.
• Demonstrate effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Complies with Quality Assurance activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements
• High school diploma/degree.
• 2 years of professional experience.
• A mechanical aptitude for installations.
• A good standard of physical fitness, well groomed appearance.
• A current and valid driver’s license.
• Good geographical knowledge and map reading skills.
• Ability to frequently kneel, bend, squat, push, pull and reach above and below waist
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds up to 25 feet. Occasional lifting and carrying, with or without assistance, of items up to 70 pounds
• Ability to work with harsh chemicals, including acids, alkaline, solvents, and perfumes
• Ability to work in damp and/or humid conditions, coolers/freezers at low temperatures
• Ability to work on ladders, roofs, and in rare cases, high, precarious places safely
• Occasional overnight trips required – May require living in remote locations (enquire)
• Ability to work under pressure and a pleasant attitude.
• Ability to Read, Write, and follow instruction in English language.
