Job title -Accounts Receivable officer
Managing the company's accounts receivable process to ensure the timely collection of receivables and managing the account receivable ledger
Duties and responsibilities
1.Prepare and send accurate invoices to customer
2.Ensure all billing information is correct and in compliance with company policies
3.Process credit memos and adjustments as necessary
4.Maintain records of invoices, credit memos, and payment
Qualifications & Education
-Bachelor's degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
-Additional certification in Accounting(CMA,IFRS,CARP,CB
-SOCPA Membership: Certification from the Organization for Certified Public Accountants
