We are urgently seeking an experienced Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at the Western Compound in Yanbu. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of landscaping projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage landscaping teams to maintain and improve outdoor spaces in the compound.
Plan, schedule, and allocate tasks to meet project deadlines.
Oversee planting, trimming, irrigation, and maintenance of green areas.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards.
Train and mentor landscaping staff, ensuring all work is done efficiently and effectively.
Coordinate with management for equipment, materials, and budget planning.
Conduct regular inspections of landscaped areas to ensure proper care and upkeep.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Landscaping Supervisor or similar role.
Strong knowledge of landscaping tools, techniques, and materials.
Ability to manage and motivate a team.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
