Restaurant Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

*Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
*Lead, motivate, and manage staff effectively, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
*Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety are maintained in accordance with local health and safety regulations.
*Handle customer queries and complaints with the utmost professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction.
*Collaborate with the kitchen staff to maintain optimal food quality and presentation.
*Plan and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and drive restaurant sales.
*Manage inventory, suppliers, and negotiate with vendors to ensure the procurement of quality products.
*Prepare and present regular performance reports to the management.

Requirements:

*Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in an Indian restaurant setting.
*Currently residing in Saudi Arabia with a valid work permit.
*Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of motivating staff to achieve excellence.
*Exceptional customer service ethos and the ability to handle high-pressure situations gracefully.
*Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic and/or Indian languages is a plus.
*A thorough understanding of Indian cuisine and culture.
*Familiarity with restaurant management software and proficiency in MS Office.
*Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
