Finance Manager/ Chief Accountant

The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. This role will manage the financial activities, including accounting, compliance, and analysis, while ensuring that financial practices align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or Master’s in Finance preferred.
Certification: CPA, CFA, or similar certification is highly desirable.
Experience: 15+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 8 years in a management or supervisory role.
Technical Skills: Proficient in financial modeling, budgeting software, and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle). Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
Other Skills: Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a detail-oriented mindset.
