We are looking for a proactive and organized Assistant Administrator to support the administrative functions of our office. The ideal candidate will assist with scheduling, office management, and handling day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth office workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with office organization, including maintaining files, records, and supplies.
Handle scheduling, coordinate meetings, and manage appointments.
Answer phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
Prepare and manage documents, reports, and correspondence.
Support HR and finance tasks such as employee records, attendance tracking, and invoicing.
Assist in maintaining office equipment and ensuring a clean, safe workspace.
Help organize office events and team activities as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or business qualifications are a plus.
Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role.
Salary: 2500 AED - 3500 AED (Monthly)
