We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to oversee day-to-day office operations and support the administrative needs of our team. The ideal candidate will manage office resources, coordinate activities, and ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle office supply inventory, procurement, and vendor coordination.
Manage schedules, appointments, and office communications.
Maintain organized records and filing systems for documents and reports.
Assist with basic HR tasks, including onboarding, attendance tracking, and employee inquiries.
Coordinate meetings, events, and ensure the office area is clean and well-maintained.
Support the management team with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office management is a plus.
Previous experience in office administration or a similar role.
Asian nationality can apply.
Salary AED3500 to 4000 Apply only if you are inside UAE.
