We are looking for an organized and proactive Office Manager to ensure the efficient operation of our office. The ideal candidate will manage daily office activities, supervise administrative staff, and support team needs. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a positive attitude, and experience in office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Maintain office supplies, equipment, and handle vendor relationships.
Assist with budgeting, expense reporting, and basic financial tasks.
Coordinate meetings, events, and manage office communications.
Implement and uphold office policies, standards, and safety protocols.
Support HR tasks like onboarding, training, and employee relations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
Skills:
