We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations within the food and beverage department, ensuring high service standards and a positive guest experience. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and experience in hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise food and beverage service staff, ensuring smooth operations and quality service.
Assist in training, scheduling, and evaluating staff performance.
Oversee inventory levels, order supplies, and coordinate with the kitchen and bar.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
Assist in planning and coordinating events, special menus, and promotions.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus.
Previous experience in a supervisory role in food and beverage or hospitality.
