Job General Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy :Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and targets.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
2. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of EOT crane products, features, and applications.
Stay updated with advancements in EOT crane technology and innovations.
3. Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
4. Quoting and Proposals: Prepare and present technical proposals and quotations to customers.
Collaborate with engineering teams to create customized solutions based on client needs.
5. Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers regarding EOT crane specifications and capabilities.
Assist in product selection, sizing, and configuration based on customer requirements.
6. Sales Presentations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to showcase products.
7. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients.
Ensure contracts align with company policies and profitability goals.
8. Project Coordination: Work closely with project managers and engineers to ensure seamless project execution.
Coordinate with various departments (engineering, production, logistics) to meet project timelines.
