Urgently looking for Property Admin & Office secretary for a short term period 2 months;
Responsibilities:
Perform secretarial and office admin assignments.
Arrange for rental property and private villas repair & maintenance.
Maintain correspondence with tenants and other clients.
Prospecting for clients for vacant apartments.
Oversee vehicles repairs and maintenance.
Maintenance of property records.
Rent collection and keeping rent records.
Supervise maintenance staff.
Qualifications:
Atleast 1 year experience in Property management.
Bachelors Degree in any field Civil works preferred.
Bahrain Driving Licence (Prefered)
Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
Computer proficiency is a must.
Must be locally available in Bahrain.
Must have own Visa.
