Responsibilities:
* Supervise restaurant staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
* Train, guide, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
* Monitor and maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
* Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
* Oversee inventory management and coordinate with suppliers for restocking.
* Prepare staff schedules and ensure proper shift coverage.
* Assist in planning and implementing promotional activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a restaurant supervisor or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with restaurant management software is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A customer-focused approach and attention to detail.
Compensation:
Salary: 2500 to 3500 (Depend on experience)
