Building Management System Technicains (BMS)

Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled BMS Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot building management systems (BMS) for our diverse range of clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, . This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install and commission BMS equipment, including controllers, sensors, actuators, and communication devices.
• Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of BMS systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with BMS components and software, implementing effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Program BMS controllers and software to meet the specific needs of each building and client.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure successful implementation and operation of BMS solutions.
• Provide training and support to building operators and maintenance staff on the use and maintenance of BMS systems.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to building management systems.

Qualifications:
• Associate degree or equivalent in HVAC, electrical engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting BMS systems.
