HR Operation Coordinator

Exp :- 1 to 3 years

Nationality :- Indian

Candidate with MUQEEM, GOSI, QIWA experience must apply

Responsibilities:

*Support the development and implementation of HR Initiatives, Policy and systems.
*Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods.
*Prepare and extend Employment Offer letters after obtaining necessary approvals.
*Handle Mobilization & Demobilization, Onboarding & Deboarding of employees.
*Providing Training to new employees as well as existing employees.
*Working closely with HR and Government affairs department to give more support for new joiners.
*Assist in on boarding of new team members.
*Manage and tackle all government HR related e-service portals, not limited to MUDAD, MUQEEM, GOSI, QIWA and the ministry of Human Resources.
*Handle Grievances.
