IT Support Technician
We are looking for technically skilled candidate with good problem-solving abilities for the position of IT Support Technician. The duties include being a point of contact for all IT related questions at the user level, responding to user needs in a timely manner, and ensuring the optimal running of all systems, among other duties. Work can also occasionally include installation of network and camera cabling, installing wired/wireless networks, security camera systems, phone systems, and door access system. You are expected to display good interpersonal skills.
Knowledge to use ERP System.

Responsibilities:
• Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for problem resolution.
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Installing and configuring hardware and software components.
• Repairing or replacing damaged computer hardware.
• Establishing good relationships with all colleagues.
• Managing technical documentation.
• Keeping accurate and detailed descriptions of services performed while on a service call.
• Assisting with installation of Ethernet and Coaxial cabling as well as various network or security systems if needed.
• Assisting in ERP Problem Solving with the service Provider.

Requirements:
• 3+ years’ experience in IT support and systems maintenance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work comfortably on a ladder.

Preferred Experience:

• Microsoft Windows Desktop Environment.
Microsoft Windows Server Environment.
Microsoft Office 365 Cloud Environment.
Exchange Server
Phone Systems and SIP Trunks.
IP and Coaxial Security Camera Systems.
• ERP Systems Knowledge are preferred.
• Candidate should be located in Riyadh or KSA.
• Bilingual (Arabic and English) is preferred.
