Job Description:

As an Accountant at our office, you will play a vital role in managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Your responsibilities will include:

Recording financial transactions and maintaining accurate accounting records
Preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Conducting financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
Assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities
Ensuring compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations
Providing support during audits and tax filings
Assisting with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements
Collaborating with other departments to support business objectives and financial goals
Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of job experience in accounting or a related field
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field (preferred)
CPA or relevant professional certification (preferred)
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
