Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Specialist (IT Specialist) at Alsaqeefa. The IT Specialist will be responsible for Revel Point Of Sales, troubleshooting network, Google Workspace Email, along with Dashboard Handling such as Domain Hosting site (GoDaddy), Alsaqeefa Website, Alsaqeefa Application, QR Code (Design), and so on.
The ideal candidate must need to have experience working with Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook and Troubleshooting Experience with Laptops, CCTV cameras, Office printers, Kitchen printers, and so on.
Technical Qualifications
Point Of Sales Experience (Minimum 3 to 5 Years)
Network Troubleshooting skills (Minimum 3 to 5 Years)
Knowledge of Network Security
Proficient written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Educational Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's Degree Certifications in Computer Engineering or IT or related field
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include:
Oracle NetSuite Support Experience will be an Advantage
3 to 5 Years Experience working in a similar role
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
