Job Vacancy! Precast Factory Quality Superintendent

Job Responsibilities:

- Review and provide inputs to tender submissions, in terms of technical and special requirements - and highlight any concerns.
- Assist in the preparation and development of pre-qualification documents and procedures for tendering new jobs.
- Review of Scope of Work, Specifications and related Codes and Standards of awarded projects
- Preparation & Review of ITP’s, Procedures and Method statements for precast Production.
- Assist QC Manager in the Qual planning.
- Assign inspection activities to subordinates.
- Manage technicians by effective utilization.
- Study & Interpretation of AFC drawings, Code, Standards and specifications for acceptance and rejection
- Continually educate, train, and conduct awareness to Production team, Liaising / advising production team on matters related to Project Quality and error prevention.
- Collation and reporting of Quality Statistics of project activity including Defect rates.
- Representing QC in project meeting & updating the status on daily / weekly basis.
- Coordinate with Clients / TPI for Quality related activities.
- Maintain office ethics among QC staff.
- Ensure all inspection activities are effectively carried out as per the approved ITP and reports are documented and maintained without undue delay.
- Implement and maintain Quality Management System, Carry out scheduled Internal Audits of various functions of the organization including Supplier prequalification audit.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
- 12+ years of experience in quality management within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of quality control systems and processes of Precast Production
- Experience in conducting inspections and audits.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Certifications in quality management is a plus.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English Spoken and written.
- Knowledge of in Codes & Standard & Excellent Computer skill Required.
