Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize occupancy.
Lead and mentor the sales team, setting clear goals and providing ongoing support and guidance.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other key stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive sales growth.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and satisfaction.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Director of Sales in a 5-star hotel in Riyadh is essential.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the same position within the hospitality industry in Riyadh.
At least 5 years of overall experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent English writing and communication skills.
Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
