Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in the financial management of a prestigious 5-star hotel? We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Financial Controller/Director of Finance to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, KSA

Responsibilities:

Oversee all financial aspects of the hotel operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Develop and implement financial strategies to drive profitability and growth.
Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
Manage cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes effectively.
Coordinate with internal departments to optimize financial performance and control costs.
Conduct financial analysis to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory authorities as required.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar or related role within the hospitality industry.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
Proven track record of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
Excellent report writing skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Hands-on approach with a focus on delivering results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
