SAP S/4 Hana Consultant Required Immediatly

We are seeking a highly motivated SAP S/4HANA Functional Consultant to join our growing team. You will play a key role in implementing and optimizing core business processes across various modules, including Procurement (MM), Project Management (PS), Finance (FI/CO), SuccessFactors, and Plant Maintenance (PM). You will leverage your expertise in SAP S/4HANA functionalities, Fiori applications, and analytics to ensure successful project execution and user adoption.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and define system requirements.
Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA modules to meet specific business needs, adhering to SAP best practices.
Develop and implement Fiori applications to streamline user workflows and enhance user experience.
Utilize SAP S/4HANA embedded analytics and reporting tools to generate insightful reports and dashboards.
Work with technical teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise systems.
Configure SuccessFactors modules to support Human Capital Management (HCM) processes.
Participate in knowledge transfer sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users.
Stay up-to-date on the latest SAP S/4HANA functionalities and industry trends.
Prepare user documentation and training materials.
Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as an SAP S/4HANA Functional Consultant (or equivalent experience in SAP ECC).
Proven experience in implementing and configuring PS, MM, FI/CO, PM, and SuccessFactors modules in SAP S/4HANA.
Strong understanding of SAP Fiori applications and their development process.
Experience utilizing SAP S/4HANA embedded analytics and reporting tools.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Experience with SAP Activate Methodology and Agile project management principles is a plus.
SAP certifications in PS, MM, FI/CO, PM, and SuccessFactors are a plus.
