Inhouse Sales Officer - Man

Job Summary:
The Inhouse Sales Officer provides friendly, responsive service to create an
entertaining customer experience for all of our guests. Each Inhouse Sales
Officer’s primary objective is to increase sales by showing our guests such an
entertaining time, they will want to return. The Inhouse Sales Officer will take
orders, answers questions about products & flavours options, and provides
entertaining customer service with a pleasant demeanor.

The Major Tasks

1. Attends to customers upon entrance
2. Actively interacts with all guests & services them by offering support
to select flavours & products by offering tasting samples; suggesting
combinations; explaining the specialties & answering items
preparation questions
3. Provides support to all guests available
4. Answers questions or makes Ice-cream /Cakes/ Cookies
recommendations
5. Collaborates with other staff for a smooth operation
6. Deals with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
7. Invoice issuing & cash handling, cashiering
8. Concludes the guest experience by acknowledging choice of IceCream Shop & inviting guests to return
9. Provides entertainment and a happy experience
10. Provides excellent customer service, with patience and friendly
demeanor
11. Actively participates in the shows presented to the selected guests and
provides entertaining and joyful atmosphere
12. Deals & interacts respectfully & ethically with guests at all times
within Saudi Arabia social standards & company values
13. Cooperates with all staff to provide guests with complete excellent
service in a joyful manner
14. Flexible & ability to work in changing work schedules including
nights, weekends & holidays
15. Upsells & cross sells items to guests
16. Participate in the cleaning of the store
17. Receiving products and arranging in the storage as per store
Supervisor/Manager’s guidelines
18. Reports maintenance issues and all other operations issues
19. Assisting store supervisor/Manager for Weekly/Monthly Inventory
20. Always leave work station clean and participate in cleaning work
place & maintain it in clean condition
Min. Required Education, Expertise and Skills:
1- 1 year experience in similar role or Fresh graduate from an F&B academy
2- Basic Math
3- Excellent listening & communication skills
4- Good time management skills
5- Cooperative & friendly team player
6- Knowledge of foodservice regulations and proper food handling
