Job Description
Deliver service key standard guidelines (Smile,
greet, suggest, thank the customer)
• Maintain a high level of Quality, Service, and
Cleanliness; strive to satisfy customers;
adhere to high standards; and take initiative.
• Maintain proper level of cake stocks on display
as per the brand standard
• Operations – cash handling, cashiering,
cleaning of store
• Reports maintenance issues and all other
operations issues
• Preparation of all products as per recipe
• To assist store supervisor/Manager for
Weekly/Monthly Inventory in cake decoration
area
• Monitoring and reporting of Expiry stocks
• Prepare and provide cake order as per the
customer/business requirement
• Making success of all promotions assigned by
company on regular intervals
• Be a team player and have fun.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge and
Experience
• Previous experience in cake decorating (icing and fondant)
Education
and Certifications
• A high school diploma (or equivalent)
