QA/QC Manager

• To be responsible for all aspects related to Project quality assurance and quality control.
• To prepare project specific quality plan, inspection and test plans, check sheets and related procedures
• To be responsible for the implementation of Quality Management & Quality Control programme for the relevant project site.
• To conduct daily site inspection and periodical offsite inspection.
• To control all inspection activities on site.
• To be responsible for the completion of necessary documentation to verify the work performed.
• To ensure that inspection requests are implemented.
• To ensure that all test reports are verified to meet the contract requirements.
• To ensure all materials delivered to site are inspected and conform to specified requirements.
• To issue and administer Non Conformance Reports as necessary and ensure follow up.
• To report to the Project Manager on deficiencies in the operation of Quality Management & Control System.
• To be responsible for the completion of final quality documentation in a presentable manner in accordance with the conditions of contract.
• To control and sign ‘As built Drawings’.
• To be responsible for overseeing / audits of subcontractor Quality Management systems.





Education • Minimum 10 years of experience in QA/QC in civil works in large projects
Experience • Experience in Construction and Piling related works
Specific Skills • Knowledge in dealing with Quality Manuals, ITPs, NCRs, NCNs, method statements Inspections, Etc.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and reporting skills.
Strong command of English written and spoken.
Computer literate.
