We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Dispatch/Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the scheduling of chauffeurs, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our chauffeur services.

*Responsibilities:*
- Answering phone calls and emails from clients
- Coordinating and scheduling chauffeurs for pick-ups and drop-offs
- Providing clients with accurate and timely information regarding their reservations
- Addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times

*Requirements:*
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Arabic & english speaker, writer
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in customer service or dispatch is a plus
- Familiarity with the transportation industry is preferred
