Join Our Team as a Sales Engineer - Drive Growth in the IT Industry
Key Responsibilities:
1- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
2- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking (both Tenders and Direct Purchase Orders).
3- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their trusted advisor and ensuring customer satisfaction.
4- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Presales and Technical) to deliver customized solutions that address clients' specific needs.
5- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings in the market.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in B2B sales in IT or related field.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of our solutions.
Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets, with a passion for delivering results.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration or related field preferred.
