• Plan and design land areas for an organizations assigned Projects
• Create presentation to explain, illustrate and enhance project proposals to clients and upper managements
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to identify and solve problems related to site design, grading, and drainage
• Determine which plans, trees, or shrubs are best suited for each project, taking into account soil, topography and weather conditions.
• Supervise the construction of a project and ensure that it is completed safety, on time, and within budget.
• Develop project specifications and work plans, manage projects cost, and oversee the purchasing of materials and equipment’s
• Participate in the development and implementation of environmental conservation programs for projects.
• Sea Fronts / Waterfronts and Corniches” along Arabian Gulfs; (Recreational & Tourism Projects).
