Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits programs, including design, administration, and compliance.
4. Leadership and Management Skills:
Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, drive organizational change, and foster a positive work culture.
Demonstrated experience in managing and developing HR staff, providing coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities.
Proven track record of effectively managing complex HR projects, budgets, and resources.
