Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrical Technician with transferrable and valid Iqama. The Electrical Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems. This role requires a solid understanding of electrical systems, safety standards, and problem-solving abilities to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety codes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, access control including wiring, circuits, and control panels.
• Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and wiring diagrams.
• Ensure that electrical systems and equipment comply with safety codes and regulations.
• Test electrical systems and components to ensure proper functionality and safety.
• Assist with the installation of new electrical systems and upgrades.
• Perform voltage (low and high), amperage, and resistance testing with appropriate tools.
• Replace faulty parts, components, and wiring.
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and parts necessary for electrical tasks.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other team members or departments when required.
• Document all work performed and maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and installations.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s degree or technical certification in Electrical Engineering or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as an Electrical Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and components.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment, including multimeters and circuit testers.
• Familiarity with electrical codes, safety procedures, and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
