Mechanical Qa/Qc-Lead

Qualification & Experience: Degree in Mechanical Engineering+ 7 Years or Diploma + 10 Years Experience + CSWIP 3.1 + NDT Level-2 (In Project Techniques) : Saudi Arabia Experience is preferrable-SABIC, SATROP, MAADEN etc. Shutdown experience will be an added advantage.
Hands on experience in Oil & Gas Industry, reviewing of Material Approval sheets, Inspection Test Plan, Developing Method Statements & Quality Control procedure, Project Quality Plant, Red Lining, Weld Map & RT Plan, closing dossier, upkeeping Qc records etc.
Procedure qualification for various grades such as Alloy steel, SS, P91, DSS, Carbon steel etc is must. Incoming Material inspection, Welder Qualifications, WPS matrix(List) for the project, WPS & PQR, PWHT, NDT, monitoring fabrication shop & recording weld quality parameters, Handling, storage & preservation of welding consumables, welder performance, Hydrotest of valves & spools, calibration of equipment’s and conducting root cause analysis.
Conducting Material and field inspections as per specifications, Raising Request for Inspection, Test Pack submission, witnessing test at vendor premises as per specifications. Able to inspect & test the job individually, Punch List closing, raising & closing of NCR with good communication skills.
