Key Accountabilities
•Develop and implement sales strategies to promote our sanitary products to real state companies, contractors, interior designers, and other stakeholders involved in construction and renovation projects.
•Possess in-depth knowledge of sanitary products, including their features, specifications, and applications, to effectively advise customers on the best solutions for their projects.
•Collaborate with project teams and customers to understand project requirements, provide product recommendations, prepare proposals, and ensure the timely delivery of products to meet project deadlines.
•Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company by actively pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and converting them into sales.
•Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
•Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to address customer needs effectively and drive sales growth.
•Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project details using CRM software or other tools provided by the company.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Required skills and qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3-5 experience in sales, preferably in the sanitary or related construction industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Knowledge of sanitary products and their applications.
• Willingness to travel as needed
