We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Software Sales Specialist to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling software solutions ( ERP, CRM, Web Apps, Desktop Apps, Web Services etc.) understanding client needs, and meeting sales targets.
The IT Software Sales Specialist will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Responsibilities
Understand clients' business requirements and challenges.
Collaborate with the technical team to customize software solutions according to client needs.
Provide consultative sales support to clients, offering tailored solutions.
Prepare and present compelling proposals to clients.
Negotiate contract terms and pricing to close deals effectively.
Work closely with the legal and finance teams to ensure contract compliance.
Stay up-to-date on product features, updates, and enhancements.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of software solutions to clients
Qualifications:
MBA in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven 5 years of experience in IT software sales, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of software solutions and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Must have KSA valid driving license.
Must be Joined immediately.
3 months probation period and after that consider the Iqama transfer.
