Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The company is seeking a seasoned Senior Accountant with expertise in managing Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Payroll functions. Proficiency in accounting tools, along with a strong grasp of VAT, withholding tax, Zakat calculations, is essential. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience, possess excellent analytical skills, and demonstrate a thorough understanding of local accounting regulations. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring financial accuracy, supporting audits, and contributing to strategic decision-making processes.


Roles & Responsibilities
•Prepare and Review Monthly, Quarterly, and annual accounting statements in a timely and accurate manner.
•Perform day to day accounting & invoicing of sales and purchases.
•Monitor and track all receivable and payable transactions and accordingly maintain an accurate statement of account for customers and vendors.
•Liaise with external Auditors and Tax Authorities.
•VAT and Zakat calculations & Filings. Reconciliation and reporting with the authorities.
•End to end payroll processing and WPS payment.
•Preparation of purchase order and customer billing.
•Preparing & analyzing extensive inventory reports and keeping track of products.
•Maintaining petty cash register and processing reimbursements.
•Maintaining accurate bank reconciliation statement.
•Preparing adhoc reports as and when required by management.


Requirements
Qualification and Education Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or MBA Finance, CA Intermediate/ ACCA.


Minimum Experience/Skills Required:
•5+ years' experience
•Work experience in KSA.
•Experience in dealing with auditors/ZATCA and other government authorities. Proficiency with accounting tools and Microsoft excel.
Experience in reading and understanding Arabic.



Accountability:
•Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
•Monitor and track all receivable and payable transactions, maintaining accurate statements of accounts for customers and vendors.

•Oversee end-to-end payroll processing and WPS payments.
•Prepare and analyse extensive inventory reports, keeping track of products.

Authority: Involves validating key financial activities, ensuring compliance with policies and guidelines. This includes authorizing financial statements, transactions, and adjustments, as well as representing the company during audits. The individual also has to validate payroll, invoices, inventory adjustments, petty cash disbursements, and to validate bank reconciliation statements.
